​​Becky Wilson​

​​Becky Wilson, spent her college years as an NCAA Volleyball Player and USAPL World Team Member. Once graduated she trained to compete as an All-Natural Body Builder, earning the Great Lakes All-Natural Body Building title. 

With 20 years of exercise and weight lifting experience and 15 years of Personal Training experience, Becky, loves to share her knowledge and experience with everyone willing to ask. 

Beckys clients receive coaching in all aspects of their health; Diet/Nutrtion, Supplementation, Training, and Life-Style.
With her certifications ranging from Strength and Conditioning to BioSignature (Hormonal Profiling and Supplementation) and energy work, you are able to become the lean, healthy, happier person you were meant to be. 

Becky has 4 children, 2 dogs, and a husband which are constant reminders of why she continues to put her health first.


Mundy Ontiveros

  It has long been a dream to own my own Fitness Studio where I can provide a variety of workouts specially tailored to each Client. Fitness Sessions should be as individual as each person, and I enjoy working with my Clients to find the most effective and fun ways to help them reach their goals! Although workouts are hard work, they should never be boring or tedious, so it's important to keep my Clients motivated by changing things up and finding new challenges for our Sessions!

   I enjoy all aspects of Fitness, but my true passion is for Martial Arts, which I have been practicing in various forms for over 30 years, and often integrate into workouts.

   I am a devoted Family Man, with a beautiful wife of 18 years, and 4 amazing children, and my hobbies include watching my kids' Sports, riding Motorcycles, Fishing, and Kickboxing 4 nights a week.

   I am also a member and volunteer with Greater Fresno Parkinson's Support, and offer steeply discounted rates to people living with Parkinson's, as well as their Caregivers.

Christian Zavala

I began training people in 2012 at Fitness 19 later moving into the Private Training arena.  I currently hold my certifications through International Sports Science Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. 

Over the years I have been able to work with all types of clients ranging from 14 year old high school students to a driven 80 years old. I have worked with a wide range of injuries including bad knees, dislocated shoulders, and hip replacements, etc...

My clients enjoy a wide range of workout styles including weight training, cardio endurance training, power training, strength training, kickboxing cardio, and competition prep. 

Not only can I work with your exercise needs but I can also help you with a specific diet plan to help you stay on track and achieve the best possible results.  My goal is to not only help you reach your goals, but to keep a smile on your face the entire time you are doing it. It's my believe that if you truly enjoy doing something, you are more likely to keep with it!

Chris Henderson

​Chris Henderson, is orginally from, Inglewood, Ca, and relocated to, Fresno, in 2006 to attend, California State University Fresno. In 2011 after earning his Bachelors in Science degree in Kinesiology, Chris, entered the Personal Training field. Initially starting at Bally's Total Fitness, he later stepped out to work as a Private Personal Trainer where he quickly established himself as one of the top trainers in, Fresno.ith this background and experience, Chris, is well recognized in gyms and private studio across the city. His experience in Management, Organization, Nutrition, Training Regiments, and a great personal connection  are only a few of the reasons for his top ranking. Chris, is out to help anyone and everyone despite whether you work with him or not. He has a great desire to teach and share his knowledge.
In his personal life, Chris, plays the violin, Sings (Opera, R&B, Hip Hop), Acts, and models. Chris will always be there when you need him, thats just the kind of guy he is.

Jenna Gilbert

Hi, my name is, Jenna Gilbert. I am a certified personal trainer with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from California State University of Northridge.  I have been personal training for the last 10 years. I have experience with yoga, weight training, weight loss and increasing mobility.  I also have a large background in the rehabilitation setting so I am very confident in my abilities to help you if you have an injury. Living an active healthy lifestyle is a passion of mine and my goal is to spread the love.  My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients reach their personal goals and to help them to understand how to live a healthier life. I am currently teaching the FIT class and am looking for new clients for one-on-one personal training.
